disappointing shower situation

flooding shower lying staff

it flooded the entire bathroom floor and hallway. the staff insisted there were no other rooms available, which i found to be a lie. this issue seemed to be a daily occurrence for other guests also.

mixed feelings about this hotel

unfriendly staff loud music

the location was fairly convenient. it allowed easy access to some areas.

The room i received did not match the photos shown online, disappointing. also, the breakfast experience was not good. The staff was unfriendly when i asked for more eggs. i seemed like i was bothering them, and the music in the dining area was excessively loud..

panoramic view excellent english

The rooftop breakfast had such a fantastic panoramic view. miss sabri at reception was really sweet and helpful. She speaks great english too!

The price doubled plus an extra tax got added.
